Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal — they scale to any size with no quality loss. For raster files (PNG, JPG), aim for 300 DPI at the actual print size with a transparent background where possible. We will tell you if anything needs to be re-supplied. Wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent — skip bleach and fabric softener. Air dry or low-heat tumble dry, and never iron directly on the print. Full instructions in our DTF care guide (the rules apply to almost any printed garment).
