If you're not sure whether we can laser engrave it — just ask. We work with a wider range of materials than this list and we're happy to test new ones.
We engrave on wood, glass, metal (anodized aluminum, stainless steel, brass), acrylic, leather, slate, ceramic tile, and select plastics. If you have a material in mind, ask us — we will run a test piece if it is something new.
Most one-off and small orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Larger or more intricate jobs take longer — we will give you a firm timeline when we send the proof.
Yes. Bring or ship us your own tumbler, cutting board, knife, plaque, or whatever you want engraved. We will quote the engraving labor separately. Note: we cannot replace items that crack or burn during engraving on supplied goods, so check with us first if the material is unusual.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are strongly preferred — they engrave with razor-sharp lines at any size. We can work from high-resolution PNG or JPG files for photo-style engraving, but vector is always cleaner.
Yes — corporate gifts, promo items, and branded swag are a regular part of our work. Send us your logo and a list of items you want engraved and we will quote the project.
Our laser bed handles items up to roughly 24" × 12" of engraving area. For bigger pieces we can engrave in sections or rotate the workpiece — get in touch and we will work out the details.
